Essential Jazz with Kathy Kosins
Kathy Kosins, Jazz Vocalist from Detroit, Michigan joins "Essential Jazz for an evening of vocal and instrumental jazz that is eclectic and creative. Kosins, ASCAP award-winning musician, has won the hearts of critics and fans around the globe with her musical stylings. She has released several CDs and has recorded and shared the stage with many well-known jazz and R&B artists, including Randy Brecker, Larry Goldings, Kevin Mahogany and Aaron Goldberg.
Essential Jazz, is a vocal jazz group, with 15 singers and 5 combo members. This group consists of many local music educators and other stand-out performers. Essential Jazz strives to give honest and exciting renditions of jazz arrangements that they perform and the group is dedicated to passing this great tradition of jazz on to generations to come.
General Seating: $10 online ($15 at the door)
Preferred Seating: $15 online ($20 at the door)
Student seating: $5 with student ID
Full food menu and bar available. This is an all-ages show.

Many tables in The Sapphire Room are at bar height. Those requiring lower or accessible seating will be most comfortable in the preferred seating section directly in front of the stage or at the bar (21+).
Advance ticket sales will end 4 hours before the show. Unsold seats will be available at the door an hour before the event on April 24th.
