Fundraising Gala

We are throwing a GALA FUNDRAISER for the Society on April 10, featuring some of our favorite musicians and selections from past performances, an appearance by the Renaissance men (www.renmen.com), and a Silent Auction. The musical program will include incidental theatre music from last falls concert at Rockports Shalin Liu Center, in which our fledgling Society "proved its staying power and continuing promise of bringing fresh, enriching, and entertaining Baroque programming to this city's already abundant early music scene." (Boston Musical Intelligencer). We will also present "Welcome to all the pleasures," for string quartet and four voices.

Following the concert, we will offer a WINE AND BEER RECEPTION where we will be entertained by Boston's own Renaissance Men (renmenmusic.com) who will perform a variety of Purcells a cappella "catches" while you relax and peruse our SILENT AUCTION. Items include a chance to win tickets to an upcoming 2016/17 H&H concert of your choice, season tickets to HPSOB, and donations from local merchants.
