THE RIVER ARKANSAS
The River Arkansas is the newest project of Pueblo, Colorado's Mike Clark (The Ghost of Michael Clark, The Haunted Windchimes, The Sugar Sounds). Named after the river Clark lives beside, this is a band made up of some of the Colorado front ranges finest musicians, including members of Clouds + Mountains, Spirits of the Red City, and Princess Music. Their first release, Golden Light, draws stylistically from all of Clarks past musical endeavors, joining elements of rock and roll, Americana, soul, and gypsy folk.
IN/PLANES
in/PLANES (for Planes of Existence) is a duo consisting of musical soulmates, Desirae Gracia (Bass/Ukulele/Vocals) and Inaiah Lujan (Guitar/Vocals), founders and core members of popular folk group The Haunted Windchimes.
in/PLANES offers a different take and spin on American music, drawing influences from 50's pop and doo-wop to the more modern chamber pop sound of the indy persuasion.
