Join INLC on an exploration of the Ice Age Floods, the first of a series of three tours to view the remains of the 100 mega floods in the beautiful PNW. These floods have etched into our landscape the physical topography of our region.
Ice Age expert, Jack Nisbet will lead this informational tour where they will focus on the structural landscape of the Pettibone addition to the McKenzie Conservation Area at Newman Lake and the spectacular rock outcroppings. We will also gain insight into the theories surrounding the great Missoula floods and the impact on our environment.
