An Evening of Mid-Century Modernism with ARCADE
Please join us for this exclusive ARCADE event. Ticket proceeds will support our upcoming 2016 magazine and programming.
Please join us for an intimate gathering at a bona fide example of Northwest mid-century modernism, a North Seattle residence designed by Ibsen Nelsen. The home is a petite jewel, and architects Rick Sundberg (who worked with Nelsen for many years) and Gordon Walker, UW historian Jeffrey Ochsner, and Ibsens daughter Carol Nelsen will share thoughts on Nelsen specifically and Northwest modernism generally. Connect with fellow design enthusiasts and members of the ARCADE community as we spend an evening sharing drinks, bites and ideas. Space is very limited for this special event. We hope youll join us!
Thank you to our generous hosts Mitchell Smith and Evette Gee.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, ARCADE's mission is to reinforce the principle that thoughtful design at every scale of human endeavor improves our quality of life. www.arcadenw.org
