Wild Beers Workshop with Pascal Baudar
Let's get back to the basics of making beer. You'll be amazed how easy it is to make beer at home with foraged ingredients from your own native plant garden. During this workshop, we'll go on a foraging walk through the Ranch Garden site looking for ingredients to make our own beer. We'll collect mugwort, black sage and other aromatics. After the walk, I'll show you the process of making the beer on location, we'll go through all the steps. Some wild refreshments and snacks will be served.
Limit: 15 participants. Early registration is strongly recommended due to limited space. It is The Ranch's policy to keep classes an intimate size to make your 'hands-on' learning experience more enjoyable.
This class is part of the Huntington Ranch Garden's "Ecosystem-Based Gardening Workshop Gardening Club".
Make sure you include a current email address when registering. A reminder email with detailed directions will be sent out to participants a week before the event date.
