Join us for our next local beer pairing dinner! Chef Adrian and Ray the Brewer from Butchers Brewing will walk you through the following 3 course dinner on Monday, March 28th!
Course 1
Prospect Pilsner

Salmon + tuna + octopus + Popcorn + Jalapeno + Fresno chili + lime caviar + avocado purée + shallots + cilantro air
Course 2
Choice Red IPA
"Belly and the beast"
Pork belly + pig ears + smoked braised pork knuckle + braised greens + creamy polenta + pimenton oil
Course 3
Continental breakfast stout
"Breakfast Gone Bad"
Vanilla ice cream + Chocolate covered bacon + whiskey caramel + banana bread + maple custard + toasted walnuts + mixed berries
