Aged Châteauneuf-du-Pape Tasting
This is a tasting you're not going to want to miss! In a small group setting, we'll be tasting a selection of nicely aged red Châteauneuf-du-Papes, among the most famous wine regions in the world.
CdPs have incredible density, and usually age very beautifully....we'll focus on wines that are at the sweet spot of 10 to 15 years old. We'll have half a dozen or more bottles, including the following, plus more TBD:
* 2000 Domaine Roger Sabon
* 2000 Domaine Père-Papite
* 2001 Domaine Bosquet des Papes
* 2003 Domaine Chante Cigale
* 2004 Domaine Pierre Usseglio
We're limiting the event to 15 guests so that everyone can get a decent taste of each wine. This tasting will fill up for sure, and when we're full, we're full...please be sure to purchase a ticket if you'd like to attend.
