The beauty of Kaiseki in April
"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods.
With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Kaiseki chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious 5 course dishes including a dessert.
The theme of April event will be "Spring has come".
We love the season of spring. The cherry blossoms and many other flowers are blooming while birds are singing in the sky. I will try to present a beauty of the season of spring on each dish for you to enjoy the foods with both sense of vision and taste.
