On Monday April 11th, Spruce will host a special wine dinner featuring some of the wine worlds most revered producers in an exciting format. In a side-by-side tasting of four classic grape varietals, we will take a close look at the unique terroir of several distinct vineyard sites in California and France. In addition to a discussion of terroir, we will also delve into the winemaking techniques and styles that make these specific producers so special. Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga will prepare a four-course dinner to pair perfectly with the featured wines.
