We have an incredible line-up for this great cause..
Our lovely lady Moe Lietz will be hosting and MC to this group. Her Irish sarcastic wit and sometimes those darn bubbles that should appear over your head seem to escape through her mouth..just warning.
Our incredible feature is the unforgettable Katrina Brown. Dubbed The Weird One by her step-father, Katrina has spent her life living up to that nickname. With her metal head and potpourri of physical oddities, there is no shortage of material for her to draw from. As the youngest of seven children, Katrina found that cultivating an obnoxious and loud personality was a way to not get lost in the shuffle. Add in a marriage to a Sasquatch, mother of two boys, and this woman has found a lot to say. Shell say the things you wish you were bold enough to. She has no filter when it comes to keeping her material real, relatable, and honest. Mixing material everyone can relate to in with her own bizarre reality of being a Mutant misfit of society, Katrinas experiences as a wife, mother, aging woman, Pop Culture Addict, and proof nature likes practical jokes keep audiences of every adult age and demographic in stitches. Simply put? This woman is fearless and fierce.
Next up in this outstanding line up is Bryan McCree..
This comedic act will astound you with his astute observations on life which are on the edge and simply hilarious. Bryan's life is the epitome of diversity. Caught between two worlds, one black, one white. The two worlds collide in a hilarious romp of attempting to decipher black slang, and trying to fit in with white family members and neighbors. Their antics are brought to life right before your eyes. Born into a show business family performing is in his genes. His Father a jazz virtuoso, his Great Aunt a Broadway legend, his Mother the best damn cosmetology instructor ever to wear a smock. Legend has it that she was responsible for giving her son the first jherri curl in american history, but that's a whole other story. Bryan is a nationally known comedian with many television and film credits to his name, including stints on Mad TV and Comedy Central. You can catch him later this winter on Byron Allens Comics Unleashed. He has scene stealing roles in the Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury prize winning Chameleon Street, and the cult classic Lunatics A Love Story which was produced by the director of Spider Man, Sam Rami. Bryan also earned honors as a best of NBC's Stand UP For Diversity finals. (One of ten hand picked comedians from all over the country) He has shared the stage with the likes of Sinbad, George Wallace, Carlos Mencia and the Isley Brothers, just to name a few. He has a natural charm on stage, and his infectious giggle often incites laughter among the masses. His natural acting talent shows through in his act, as he plays his funniest character: Himself.
And rounding out the line-up: Billy Ray Bauer
Billy Ray has been performing standup comedy across America for the last 25 years. From headlining at great comedy clubs to performing for large corporations, hes established himself as a tried and true funny guy. From skewed descriptions of growing up in Detroit in the sixties, to the gory details of raising four boys in the new millennium, Billy Ray will leave you laughing and exhausted from his ordeal. Add to the mix some unusual vocal acrobatics including impressions and dialects, and you have an idea of an evening with Billy Ray. Billy Ray has been a repeat guest on the Bob and Tom Show heard across America. Hes also been heard on the Dick Purtan radio show in Detroit and cohosted the Appliance Doctor Radio program on WXYT for three years. He's also appeared on Comedy Central and Night Shift, the long running Indiana cable TV show and, Just for Laughs on Canadian TV.
Billy Rays jokes have appeared in Readers Digest and one was among their top 50 jokes for 2005. Billy Ray has appeared with Drew Carey, Tim Allen, The Smothers Brothers, Lewis Black, Doug Stanhope and many other great comedians!
This is one fantastic line-up which no one should miss!!
