Band in Seattle live television taping with Christa Says Yay and Megan Wilde

What's more Seattle than supporting your local businesses? Supporting your local musicians, that's what. So be a responsible Northwestern-er and get yourself down to Victory Studios for the taping of our next episode of Band in Seattle with artists Christa Says Yay and Megan Wilde on April 21st, 2016. Each band will perform a 45-minute concert, followed by a filmed interview and music trivia webisode, sponsored in part by American Music. Front doors open at 6PM at Victory Studios, 2247 15th Avenue West (near the Interbay Golf Center) and the concert ends approximately at 10PM.

Megan Wilde:
Megans music has an untamed quality which suggests something of a wild streak still remains. Though her songs may be an infectious blend of pop, soul, and r&b Adele, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, and Aretha Franklin as reference points -Theres a rawness to them which makes perfect sense when you know one of her favorite tracks of all time is The White Stripes Seven Nation Army. Her Debut EP Wildfire was released in May this year, and bigger things surely beckon.
