Heart of the Redwoods Community Hospice invites you to join us for the "Greatest Two Minutes in Sports", the 142nd running of the Kentucky Derby. This family friendly event is sure to delight kids and adults of all ages. Horse Racing! Appetizer Nibbling! Live Music! Kids Activates! And raising money for a good cause! Heart of the Redwoods Community Hospice (HRCH) is a primarily community funded organization. HRCH has been assisting families with the extremely difficult challenge of helping their loved ones pass on with dignity and the right to personal choice at the end of their life. HRCH experienced nurses focus on quality of life and make comfort a priority. Our trained counselors are also available for however long is necessary to offer ongoing support to families and friends that have experienced loss. Because of our community's generosity and vision, Heart of the Redwoods Community Hospice has been able to provide these services to more than 600 families for the last 21 years FREE of charge.
