Dance Workshops with George Ibar Veranes: Salsa/Rueda de Casino
Mr. Ibar Veranes, fell in love with dance at the age of 8 participating in the noted carnaval of his native Santiago de Cuba. As an adult he deepened his knowledge of Cuban movement as a member of the regional dance company known as All Star, where he continues to choreograph and perform. He has taught master classes in France and the U.S.

CubaCaribe, the acclaimed annual folkloric and contemporary dance and music Festival, will feature three exuberant weeks of Caribbean dance and music performances, master classes, film screenings, lectures and celebrations throughout the Bay Area.
