Breastfeeding is valuable for both you and your baby, emotionally and health wise, However, it is a personal and couple's commitment that bears some challenges as well. This breastfeeding class will enrich you with the basic knowledge you will need in order to have a smooth beginning of the process, and a satisfactory continuum.
The class will cover the following topics:
The benefits of breast-feeding, the anatomy, milk composition, breast-feeding positions, when and how much to breast-feed, guidelines for milk supply, preventing problems, pumping and storing milk
