Literary Event Invitation!
The Friends of the Truckee Library invite you to a literary celebration for the publication of Kim Bateman's new book, "Crossing the Owl's Bridge: A Guide For Grieving People Who Still Love." Kim will discuss how she came to write her book and what she learned in the process. Questions and answers and a book signing will follow. "Crossing the Owl's Bridge: A Guide For Grieving People Who Still Love" uses the wisdom of world wide folk tales to demonstrate how to share, ritualize and transform grief. It illustrates creative outcomes to mourning that allow us to continue relationships and keep loving.
