Symphony Serenade Presents "From C to Shining Sea"
Raise the sails and cast off the lines, Matey! We're setting sail for a musical adventure full of rhyming words and all your favorite songs about the sea plus some new ones! Join Captain Miss Allison and her crew as they sing and dance their way across the seven seas building sand castles without sand (wait till you see how that's done!) and rhyming even the most obscure words. The Story Fairy and some singing pirates will bring us a whale of a tale and a hornpipe to set your toes a'tappin. And after a snuggle, you can meet the whole crew in the lobby for a stamp and some cookies! Bring your singing voice and your favorite pirate hat or sailor hat or pirate costume and join us for a sail-raising-paddle-rowing good time!
Symphony Serenade is a nonprofit organization dedicated to producing high quality family entertainment with a focus on whole child development and music education. It's an interactive event, with a bounce and finger plays and lots of other ways for families to participate. Our performers are a combination of professionals and students, helping children see the connections between amateurs and professionals. All our shows are original and exclusive to Symphony Serenade, and include traditional children's songs, folk favorites, classical music, and original compositions.
