Embroidering Love Notes - A Workshop with Artist Iviva Olenick
Sunday, April 10, 12-3 pm Iviva Olenick will teach you how to:
Translate words and thoughts into backstitch and French knots. Make drawings and doodles with thread. Transfer and images onto fabric.
No previous embroidery experience required!
Sip Prosecco while enjoying the company of fellow embroiderers and the sounds chamber music.
Introduction to the exhibit and a brief walk-through with Old Stone House Contemporary Curator Katherine Gressel.
$35 per person includes embroidery supplies, drinks and snacks.
This workshop is presented as part of Partners, Parents, Pets: Contemporary Portraiture, and exhibit exploring the nuances of relationships through diverse artistic approaches. On view in the Old Stone House Great Room through June 20, 2016.
