Artist lecture and Chinese brush painting demo
Mother-daughter duo Chunbo Zhang and Yuzhi Bai are Bloedel Reserve's artists in residence and they will share their work and demonstrate how they use Chinese brush painting techniques in their art.
This will be followed by a Q&A and a time for audience members to try their hand at brush painting.
Yuzhi Bai and Chunbo Zhang were both trained at prestigious and competitive art schools in China. Yuzhi Bai attended the Luxun Academy of Fine Arts and Chunbo Zhang attended the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
Please note: Refunds are available through Brown Paper Tickets until 12 hours before the event. After which, refunds are not available. However, tickets are transferrable, so you may give them to friends or family.
