First Annual Beer Dinner with Head Brewer Alex Tweet and Chef Mike O'Brien
Join us for our First Anniversary Beer Dinner featuring six delicious courses paired with eight Fieldwork craft beers.
Chef Mike O'Brien and Fieldwork Co-owner and Head Brewer Alex Tweet have collaborated for the second year in a row on an amazing food and beer menu. Last year's inaugural dinner was a blast!

Menu:
First Course: Amuse Grilled Oysters with Prosciutto and Parmesan Mignonet paried with Meloncotte
Second Course: Watercress, Asparagus, Radish, Avocado, Lemon Verbena Oil paired with Arable Brett Belgian Pale Ale
Third Course: Larb por ped; Spicy Minced Duck over Bibb Lettuce with Green Papaya, Culantro, Mint, Lime paired with our new Mosaic DIPA
Fourth Course: Whole Grilled Snapper, English Peas, Favas, Green Beans, Creamy Green Garlic Pesto paired with a fresh IPA & Hor de Saison Farmhouse Ale
Fifth Course: Galbi; Grilled Korean Style Short Ribs with Kimchi and Scallion Pancakes paired with Eliza NOLA-style Coffee Imperial Milk Stout & Serac White Tea & Apricot Sour Ale
Sixth Course: Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler with Whipped Cream paired with Tart Cherry Gose
Reservations for this dinner are $85 each and includes tax and gratuity.

Fieldwork Brewing Company is a craft brewery founded in Berkeley, CA with a focus on exceptional, honest beer-making. Fieldwork brews are served in its Berkeley taproom and at the finest craft beer focused establishments in northern California.
About Chef Mike O'Brien
Chef Mike has dedicated his life to the food service industry for over 15 years. After graduating Suma Cum Laude from the esteemed Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte NC, he "cut his teeth" in some of the finest kitchens in Washington DC. Most notably Birch & Barley/ Churchkey, where he expanded his knowledge of craft beer and the art of pairing food and beer. Mike moved to the Bay Area in June of 2013 to be help open Mikkeller Bar as the Executive Chef. Presently Mike is Executive Chef at the esteemed Monk's Kettle in San Francisco.
