This workshop is perfect for those new to medicinal herbs, and would like to know some things they can harvest in the food forest. While walking in the garden, we will learn to identify some common medicinal plants found in the garden, how and when to harvest them, and how and what to use it for. After the walk, Natalie will prepare sample of plants from the food forest to test what everyone learned! Natalie will also touch upon sustainably and respectfully harvesting, safety, and introducing herbs in your garden. Bring a notepad and durable shoes, and get ready to touch and look closely.
