Guitar Master Stephane Wrembel
Parisian-born composer and guitarist Stephane Wrembel has been called A revelation! by Rolling Stone. Filmmaker Woody Allen recruited him to score and perform the catchy theme Bistro Fada for Midnight in Paris. Stephane has sold out Lincoln Center in New York, National Concert Hall in Dublin, and played major festivals (Montreaux, Djangofest) as well as founding his own (Django A-Go-Go). His fifth release Origins has been at the top of jazz charts world wide and showcases Wrembels superior compositional skills as it touches on blues to flamenco to rock with a panoply of textures, colors, moods and emotions. www.stephanewrembel.com Touring from NYC with his superb band ,which includes Thor Robert Jensen , guitar; Kells Nollenberger, bass, and Nick Anderson on drums, Wrembel a classically trained, multi-faceted musician with musical roots in multiple world cultures who honed his craft among the Gypsies and built his reputation world-wide as a stylist in the Django Reinhart mode - is bringing his musical talent and charisma back to the OCA stage for a second time.
