Dromeno at the Garden House
Dromeno returns to the Garden House on Beacon Hill! Christos Govetas and Ruth Hunter and their family and friends are well known in our area as masters of Greek and Balkan musics. Richly evocative and infectiously energetic, their music dips deep into the well of tradition and makes the ancient new again. There will be beautiful melodies to take you away, but it's also hard to imagine a Dromeno concert without some dancing as well. The Garden House is an excellent listening environment with refreshments, hardwood floors, wheeled access, and plenty of parking behind the building and on the street in front. Doors will open at 7:30 and any remaining tickets will be sold at the door. Under 12 free.
