Cooking with Herbs
Summer is here and all kinds of herbs are in bloom! If you are a curious chef who enjoys the wonderful flavors of mint, cilantro, thyme, parsley, rosemary and would like to learn how to incorporate them into your daily meals, this class is for you. Chef Sucheta Rawal will demonstrate the use of herbs across a variety of international dishes and talk about food pairings that will open your kitchen to new horizons. There will also be a sampling of dishes cooked with herbs and recipes for you to take home.
