Join us for a fundraiser for Wisconsin Microfinance, a small organization committed to bringing big changes in the developing world hard hit by natural disasters.
The central part of the Philippines was devastated by the strongest hurricane ever measured in November 2013. Aide organizations have been tremendously helpful in providing food, water and shelter, but they can't provide the capital necessary for small loans for small businesses. Wisconsin Microfinance set up our Philippines program in 2014, and we have provided small loans to people who had their businesses or sources of income destroyed.
