Sen Krla (Under our feet) is a performance piece by the striking and engaging award winning dancer/choreographer, Lacina Coulibaly, from Burkina Faso, Africa. His dance conjures up a space where rhythm becomes the essence of everything, bringing seemingly disparate states of existence into harmony. His work and research is contemporary dance rooted and derived from his African heritage, anchored in the soil on which he dances. Curation is by Gabri Christa, Snug Harbors Artistic Director.
This performance is followed by an artist talk.
