An integration of Vinyasa flow, Yoga and Pilates specific conditioning, this class will focus on increasing strength, flexibility and stamina, leading to the development of greater body awareness, increased overall general fitness and the release of tension. Suitable for all abilities.
Summer term dates: Monday 11 April - Monday 18 July Half term w/c 30 May & No classes Monday 2 May due to Bank Holiday.
