Prenatal Pilates & Strength with Tal In this specialized prenatal class we focus on body movement, pelvic floor strengthening and proper abdominal work to help prepare you for giving birth. We will also go over strength & body conditioning, to tone the body and help with postpartum recovery as well as relaxation technique. Postparum Pilates & Strength In this specialized postpartum class we review Diastasis Recti and safe pelvic floor work, while learning how to strengthen the Core in a safe and healthy way, to help you safely recover from giving birth. We will also go over strength & body conditioning to tone the body and help you take care of your fast-growing little one. ***Class is in Hebrew*** Every Tuesday, 8:15-9:15pm, limited to 10 participants. Four class fee: $100 for general public, $85 for members. Drop-in: $30 for general public, $25 for members (Please contact in advance to check availability).
