Come enjoy a fully hands-on learning experience in the Local Three kitchen alongside our knowledgeable team of chefs. Each of our classes focus on seasonality of ingredients and cooking techniques that you can easily add to your repertoire!
With Summer just around the corner, it's time to get ready for BBQ season! Sous Chef Ryan Owens is here to help. The key to a great BBQ spread is in the details, so in addition to baby back ribs, you'll learn how to make an assortment of home-made pickles, fresh salads, and two types of sauces.
After the class, you'll invite a guest to join you for a private lunch to enjoy all of the dishes you've worked hard on! Beverages from Local Three's bar are available for purchase.
Lunch Menu: - Tomato and Marinated Feta - Pickled Shrimp Salad - Grilled Baby Back Ribs with BBQ Sauces and Assorted Pickles - Strawberry shortcake
Only ten spaces are available for each class, and the ticket price includes the class, lunch for two, tax and gratuity.
