Grab your spot for this educational class! Chef Todd Mussman will show you unique ways to use your Big Green Egg, and walk you through recipes that are sure to impress at your next cook out!
This class will take place on Muss & Turner's patio from 2-5pm on Sunday, March 13. Chef Todd will cover a variety of topics such as:
- A little history.....What the heck is a Kamado anyway?
- Setting up for success.....Things you need to ROCK the grill
- Come on baby light my fire.....
- You are in control of the heat.......wield it like a Boss!
- The Food....Some Dishes & Ideas
Chef Todd will give full instruction, demonstration, and answer questions along the way. After preparing a multitude of delicious items, you'll enjoy a family style meal plus your choice of wine or beer.
