Babar The Elephant
Babar the Elephant is a fun new depiction of Francis Poulenc's musical adaption of the children's story. Our troupe consisting of learning disabled and non-learning disabled adults, tell the story through narration and movement, accompanied by original artwork and live music. This performance is for an audience of all ages, focusing on how Babar ventures from the wild into the city, where he makes new friends and experiences a different way of life. After spending a while in the city, Babar grows homesick and returns to the wild, where he is crowned the King of the Elephants!
