LEGALLY BLONDE is a fabulously fun international award-winning musical based on the novel Legally Blonde by Amanda Brown and the adored 2001 film. LEGALLY BLONDE the Musical follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery, and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside-down, however, when her boyfriend dumps her to attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle uses her charm to get into Harvard. At school, Elle discovers how her knowledge of the law can help others and defends exercise queen Brooke Wyndham in a murder trial. Elle quickly realizes her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world. Songs include Legally Blonde (Remix,) Bend and Snap, and Omigod You Guys!

LEGALLY BLONDE will take you from the sorority house to the halls of justice with Broadways spirited heroine, Elle Woods (and of course, her Chihuahua, Bruiser). This musical is ridiculously enjoyable from start to finish. Equal parts hilarious and heart-warming, this musical is so much fun it should be illegal!

This production of LEGALLY BLONDE is directed by Royea Fox, assisted by Craig Howard, with choreography by Katie Rogers, musical direction by Stafford Hebert and James Mazzaferro, costumes by Denise Lorenz, technical direction by Larry Fox, and design by Larry Fox and Steven Adkins.


Opening night of LEGALLY BLONDE is Friday, April 8, at 7:00 PM. The production runs April 9, 14, 15, and 16. Show time is 7:00 PM on Thursday through Saturday. A matinee will be performed on Saturday, April 16, at 2:00 PM in addition to the 7:00 PM show. The production will be held at the PERFORMING ARTS CENTER THEATRE to the North of the Sheldon campus, 8333 Kingsbridge Drive. Ticket prices are $12.00 general admission, $10 children under 10.
