Spend a Sunday afternoon buying, selling or browsing great professional audio gear and instruments with other Bay Area audio professionals at the Soundwave Studios Backlot.
Have some refreshments in our AES Networking Patio Plaza Mixer, where you can mingle with other local audio and music industry professionals.
Hosted by the Audio Engineering Society, this is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit, community event for music and audio industry professionals. All transactions are 100% buyer to seller, with no commissions.

$5 advanced tickets available online, to guarantee your spot

If you have professional audio gear or musical instruments to sell, the form to request a selling space is on our website, at https://aessf.org/event/audio-engineering-society-swap-meet-and-mixer/.
Stalls are approximately 6' x 6'. If you have lots of gear or big things that need a larger space, we'll work to accommodate that. If you just have a few small things, you might want to consider sharing a spot with another seller.
AES will post an advance page of gear that's available, and a wishlist of what people are looking for, as that gets communicated to us.
Selling spaces are payable in advance through Brown Paper Tickets, once you've reserved a spot by filling out the form on our website, we'll send you the code:
AES Members $10
Non-AES Members $15
Locations on floor will be on a first arrival basis. There is electricity for testing gear and we'll be in a roofed area.
Move-in at noon. The Soundwave Backlot has a loading ramp.
Bring your own folding table, crates, tablecloths, seats or whatever you need to display.
Sellers are responsible for all of your own transactions and fund collection.
