Day of Mindfulness with Jaya Karen Rudgard

Day of Mindfulness with Jaya Karen Rudgard, organised by Kingston, Richmond and Twickenham meditation groups.

This day is suitable to all levels of Mindfulness Practitioners. We will a day to slow down and introduce more mindful attention to our everyday activities such as sitting, walking, eating speaking and listening. This builds our resilience and capacity to deal with our daily life pressures in a calmer and measured way.

Registration commences at 9:30am
Please bring vegetarian food to share.
Please bring your own meditation cushion or stool. Chairs will be available. Tea and coffee provided.
The money you pay does not include the voluntary dana/payment contribution for teachers. Teachers ask for no payment from us and the money you offer to them on the day contributes to their livelihood in return for their teaching which is freely given.
Please note that your contribution includes ticket and service charges of Brown Paper Ticket.
