When: April 1-3, 2016
Where: Camp Alexandra, Crescent Beach, White Rock, BC, Canada. It is just a few minutes from the Peace Arch border crossing.
How Much: See below for further details
What:
Friday,April 1 - Evening check-in, dinner at a local restaurant (not included in cost)or pot luck, party (TBA).
Saturday, April 2 - Sectionals and rehearsals, strategic planning, games, long walks on the beach, evening movie, party
Sunday, April 3 - Rehearsals, check-out by 11:30 a.m.
Scholarships available: Up to $130.00
If you are a regularly attending band member, the band would love to have you at the retreat even if money would ordinarily be a barrier for you. Please pay what is manageable for you, whether that's $10 or $80 (or any other number) and we'll cover the rest. Unfortunately, we cannot offer scholarships for partners/friends at this time. Partial scholarships may be available for children of regularly attending band members, so please inquire.
Contribute to the scholarship fund: Any amount
If you would like to and are easily able to, please feel free (but not obligated) to contribute to the retreat scholarship fund. We will not collect more scholarship contributions than we disburse (we will refund it to you if we don't use it for this purpose) and what difference exists between the two will come out of other budgeted band funds.
