The Sacred Foods of India presented by Les Dames d'Escoffier St Louis
Les Dames d'Escoffier International, St Louis is sponsoring, under our Global Culinary Initiative, a very exciting evening, celebrating the rich culture of India. Enjoy the culinary experience of an authentic Indian dinner, featuring Guest Chef, Adam Lambay, the signs and sounds of both classic and modern music and performance, as well as a presentation by award winning author and educator, Nina Mukerjee Furstenau of Columbia, MO
Proceeds will go to support Operation Food Search, a St Louis based non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger in the greater St Louis area. Its mission is to "nourish and educate our neighbors in need, and to heal the hurt of hunger."
