Quite Right Theatre Presents Sanctum
Quite Right Theatre presents one man show Sanctum, the story of a young Kosovan called Gjergj who is forced to evacuate war torn Kosovo in 1999. His journey takes him to Sheffield, UK where separation from his culture and his family threatens to rupture his identity. It is only when an unlikely encounter with a kind stranger allows Gjergj to dream of finding safe sanctuary.
The events are based on the real accounts of refugees at the time including the family members of performer Ardi Mejzini.
Quite Right Theatre toured Sanctum throughout 2015, taking it to the recent Platforma Festival in November and has been enjoyed by audiences in Leicester, Sheffield & Gravesend.
Sanctum is a performed with the support of O2 Think Big.
- March 18th & 19th at 7.30pm.
- Tickets are £8 (£6 for concessions)
