Culinary Chemistry - The Science of Food!
In partnership with Sur La Table, Science by the Cup is happy to have you join us for some Culinary Chemistry!
Join us on Thursday, March 24th at 6:30PM at the Sur La Table location in the Quaker Bridge Mall for an hour and a half of cooking demonstrations (which normally cost nearly $70!) and explore the science behind our food. Throughout the event we will:
1. Personalize and bake pizzas, while talking about enzymes, proteins, and gluten! 2. Whip up a delicious chocolate soufflé, while discussing the science that makes it a pesky dish! 3. Have a coffee bar and the opportunity to hone your culinary skills with a knife demonstration provided by the chefs at Sur La Table!
We hope you can join Science by the Cup for this first foray into expanded events with even more delicious science!
Please Note:
Tickets for the event cover our operational costs, and are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a family member or friend if you can no longer attend the event.
