Hometown Hootenanny: Star-Spangled Songfest
Kick off the Independence Day holiday festivities with an evening of flag-waving music performed by The Hometown Band and their guests.
Powerhouse vocalists Michelle Bernath and Katie Silva join the band for their patriotic song selections. Family band Jenny and the Blue Moon Boys offer their own take on the theme, and 13-year-old fiddle sensation Danika Nolton is backed by a crew of experienced bluegrass musicians for her set.
Songs scheduled to be performed range from traditional to contemporary, including "Letters From Home," "America the Beautiful," "Made in America," and "Home."
Advance tickets for the Hometown Hootenanny are priced at $16.50 for adults, $13 for seniors and students, and $5 for kids 12 and under. A special family package of two adult and two child/student tickets (up to age 18) is available online only at the reduced price of $39.50.
The Hometown Hootenanny is a family-friendly event, presenting live music and a variety of entertainers in a classic venue in downtown Everett. Red Curtain Productions is the producing entity of Red Curtain Foundation for the Arts, a non-profit arts education organization located in north Snohomish County.
