Trummer's Culinary U - For Kids 5-14

Sign your kids up for Trummer's Culinary U starting March 6th! Trummers upstairs Gallery room will transform into a kitchen laboratory where Chef Fausett will commence each class with an interactive demonstration of fundamental culinary skills such as safety, knife handling, and boiling water, followed by a lively, hands-on experience in which children will learn how to prepare a myriad of recipes. Trummers Culinary U classes include:

Basic Knife Skills, Safety, Pasta Salad, Home Made Juice boxes

BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS
April 3rd
Eggs "Toad in a Hole", Yogurt Parfait, and Nutella Stuffed French Toast

BAKING ESSENTIALS
May 1st
Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brownies & pizza dough

PASTA ITALIANO
June 5th
Meatballs, Pasta Sauce & pasta cooking skills

FROM THE GARDEN
July 3rd
Veggies: various ways to cook them and make them taste great. Hummus and veggie dip recipes

FINALS
August 7th
Cooking Exam, and Graduation Luncheon

$25/class or $120 for all 6 classes
Parents are welcome to join us for brunch or a cocktail in the room while observing their little ones!
