The Lyon Bouchon Experience: St. Jack Chef Aaron Barnett presents a culinary preview of PFA's trip with Chef Aaron to Lyon
St. Jack chef Aaron Barnett presents a six-course preview of the culinary delights one might expect to enjoy during Portland Food Adventures' trip to Lyon, Geneva and Annecy in France--where adventuresome food and wine lovers will have the opportunity to imbibe at Chef Aaron's chosen favorites with one of the nicest chefs in Portland.  This dinner will be an exceptional off-the-menu experience at St. Jack designed for everyone's enjoyment, but especially of interest to those who are interested in the PFA journey with Chef Aaron.

St. Jack's cuisine is lauded by many, including those from Lyon, for celebrating the Lyon bouchon experience. Chef Aaron will be serving the food he respects and loves with all his passion--so much so that he has worked with Portland Food Adventures to curate a trip in September for people who want to immerse themselves in the culture, where food and wine is intertwined with life.

We will have the St. Jack's bar to ourselves for the evening.  Chef Aaron will discuss Lyonnaise culture and the background and his inspirations behind the food and wine served.  He and Chris Angelus of PFA will talk a bit about the trip in store for those interested in such an experience.  (The price of a ticket to this dinner will be rebated to anyone interested in making the journey with Chef Aaron and Portland Food Adventures on September 11th for a 7-night once-in-a-lifetime journey to Lyon, Annecy and Geneva.)  See http://portlandfoodadventures.com/portland-food-adventures-international/ for info on ALL trips for 2016.

As with every PFA dinner, guests leave with gift certificates.  This time a twist on the chef's favorite places:  We'll celebrate all three Portland Food Adventures Chef trips this September with certificates to try Jose Chesa's 180 (Spain, Sept 21-30) and Rick Gencarelli's Grassa (Italy, Sept 2-9) along with a certificate to Chef Barnett's La Moule.

Multiple food experiences for the price of one.   It really is a great value!

Great for food groups and entertaining clients and/or employees.
