Vintimate
Join BOKA restaurant + bar's Executive Chef Peter Birk and a local winemaker for an intimate dinner at Hotel 1000. Our Vintimate dinners are a simple format: take dishes created by the chef and pair them with great wines from a Northwest winemaker. Served in an intimate setting with the chef and winemaker on hand to discuss their offerings makes for an informational and enjoyable dinner. Seating is typically capped at around 20 people and held in the Studio at Hotel 1000. The limited number of seats means that guests get a unique opportunity to interact with the chef and winemaker to hear about their creations and pairings.
