Until You Hear That Bell at Hornets Boxing Club
Set in the championship ring at Ramsgates' Hornets Boxing Club, this is a performance taking you into the heart of a boxers world. Theres a pop-up bar before the show and chance to meet the performer afterwards. The story is told through spoken word, about amateur boxing and family. Its about doing something for ten years, and slowly getting good at it.
Three minutes. Bell. One minute break.
Three minutes. Bell. Try to impress dad.
Three minutes. Bell. Play Sega Dreamcast.
Three minutes. Bell. Parents break up.
Three minutes. Bell. Fail your GCSEs.
Three minutes. Bell. Sing in a car.
Three minutes. Bell. Break.
