Java Tacoma: Can't Buy Me Latte
Jeri, Kate and Linda join forces once again to commit comic mayhem over at Tacoma's Perky's Coffee House. This time, the ladies indulge their Hollywood daydreams, as neighborhood coffee wars and Tacoma political wars threaten their friendship and happiness. And, by the way, whos going to win the race to be the next Mayor of Tacoma? Loosely inspired by William Shakespeares Romeo & Juliet, JAVA TACOMA is a celebration of friendship, middle-aged womanhood and All Things Tacoma.
"JAVA TACOMA 6: Cant Buy Me Latte" is the sixth installment of an original soap opera/sit-com, presented by Dukesbay Productions. Written by Aya Hashiguchi, this theatrical serial is generously peppered with Tacoma (and Baby Boomer) humor. It is rated PG for occasional cartoon-y violence.
JAVA TACOMA features a multiracial cast, who include Chevi Chung, Jack House, Jay Iseli, Donovan Mahannah, Susan Kaeka, Betzy Miller, Lark Orvick Moore and Joy Misako St. Germain. It is directed by Micheal O'Hara.
