Boeing Boeing
This 1960's French sex farce features a self-styled Lothario, Bernard, an American architect living in Paris and balancing a very complicated love life. His three beautiful fiancees - a German, an Italian, and an American - are all airline stewardesses with frequent layovers that never overlap. His best friend Robert, a man with very little experience in the ways of women or deception, is set to arrive from Wisconsin. An unexpected schedule change brings everyone to Bernard's apartment at once. Watch as he plays a complicated game of hide-and-seek in this door-slamming comedy.
Originally presented in 1965, the play was revived and updated for American audiences in 2008. Delightful, witty, and surprisingly romantic, this masterful farce moves at the speed of a Boeing Super Jet.
Boeing Boeing will be directed by Christian Haines.
The play will run from April 1 through May 1 with a Pay-What-You-Will preview ($10 minimum donation suggested) on Thursday, March 31. There will be a "Buzz at the Barn" on Saturday, April 2 prior to curtain, and there will be talk-back sessions after the Sunday matinee performances on April 10 and 24.
Ticket prices: Thursday 7:30 curtain, April 7, 14, 21 and 28 Youth and Student $10 Senior $20 General Admission $25
