Place des Neuf Jets
On Thursday March 3, 2016 at 8 p.m. Open Space presents University of Victorias Professor of oboe and wind chamber music, Alexandra Pohran Dawkins in concert, featuring works composed for her by Canadians Michael Longton, Christopher Butterfield and John Oliver plus works by American composer Jeffrey Rathbun as well as explorations into Stockhausen's "Tierkriez." She is joined on this concert by her guests Catherine Lewis, soprano and Russell Bajer, oboe.
