Sewing for Beginners
Class is March 6- April 10
On Sundays, 1-4pm
In this course students will learn the fundamentals of clothing construction from using a sewing machine and applying common stitching techniques, to understanding how to properly cut patterns from fabric and assemble pieces into a finished garment. At the end of the session students will have created one shirt and a couple of smaller projects. The class is taught by Marcus Pontello, a costume and fashion designer with 15 years experience.
