Jay Geils has a multi-faceted career including four decades as founding guitarist of the legendary J. Geils Band, co-founder of the Bluestime, and as a Jazz guitarist and trumpeter releasing Jay Geils Plays Jazz in 2005. His all-star Jazz quintet includes Jesse Williams on bass, Billy Novick on alto sax, Marty Richards on drums, and Bruce Bears on electric organ.
