Inver Restaurant Guest Dinners at bakery47
Inver Restaurant will serve a set, four course dinner with lots of little surprises for £42. Newly back from our winter break, we'll be testing new dishes and ideas for 2016 in the charming environs of bakery47, who will be baking the bread! Well have a short drinks menu
with interesting natural wines, craft beers and a special cocktail.
Please let us know any dietary requirements or strong dislikes when booking. We can accommodate most needs if we know about them in advance, and will have a vegetarian menu available. (But please do note that because this isn't our own kitchen we won't have much scope to improvise with ingredients on the night!)
Inver is a modern Scottish restaurant, opened in spring 2015 to critical acclaim; quickly established as the most exciting new restaurant in the country and listed among the top restaurants in the UK. Using current cooking techniques and the very best local, wild and farmed ingredients we offer a contemporary take on traditional and forgotten Scottish dishes. We bake our own sourdough bread, churn our own butter, do all our butchery and charcuterie, ferments, preserves, tonic syrup, natural soft drinks and bitters in house. You can find us on the shores of Loch Fyne, overlooking Old Castle Lachlan, in one of the country's most beautiful, historic spots.
