Have you always wanted to learn how to make authentic baklava or pastichio? How about Greek lamb or souvlaki? Well, your time has come! My mom travels to Portland every season and boy can she cook. My mom grew up on the Greek island of Kefalonia and has been cooking her family recipes since she was a little girl. My mom and I decided it was time to team up an offer an authentic Greek farm to table cooking class to the community. The class includes a farm tour, cooking with mom and I, a translator (just kidding, her english is pretty good), lunch at the farm and a box of Greek sweets for the road. The class is held the weekend of Greek Easter every year.
